Anti-AI Cloning & Neural Training Policy

LFSTN.STUDIO does not use your files, private briefs, or paid deliverables to train, tune, or test big AI models that live outside your job — including public or studio-wide models.

Some making-tools we use are from other companies. We won’t tick the “use this to train your model” box where we can turn it off. If a vendor’s terms don’t let us opt out, we tell you before those files go in.

We won’t build a copy of a real person’s face or body, or copy someone else’s brand, without written rights. “Make it look like this famous person” requests get a no.

Brand worlds we make for you stay under the job paperwork and the Digital Transfer Agreement. Using them to seed unrelated AI models is a breach of this policy.

Lighting setups, materials, and camera habits we already had are ours. They can quietly inform later work. That’s not a licence to remake another client’s private world.

If you think a file was used to train or clone against this policy, write to studio@lfstn.xyz with the job name and what you saw. We’ll look into it, lock the material if we confirm a problem, and tell you what we’re doing about it.
