Irrevocable Digital Transfer Agreement

Once the job is paid in full and we’ve handed over the files listed in the paperwork, those files become yours. That doesn’t reverse except for proven non-payment, fraud, or a court order.

Works-in-progress, unused options, internal tools, and our making-pipeline don’t transfer unless they’re named as deliverables.

We keep the methods we already had — lighting habits, generator setups, and page frameworks from before your job. You get a lasting right to use those methods as they sit inside the files we transferred.

We may show unnamed stills or short clips in our portfolio unless the paperwork says keep it quiet. A case study with your name on it needs your written okay.

You get the formats we listed (usually finished frames, scene files, or a built page). Project source files are included only when we said they would be. Keep your own copy. We are not a long-term backup unless you hire us for that.

Fonts, stock, engine plugins, and licensed data stay under their original licences. Getting our work doesn’t magically give you someone else’s licence — you still need your own where they require it.
