3D and virtual worlds

Metaverse & Spatial Computing Rights

Where you’re allowed to put 3D scenes, headsets, and virtual venues after we hand them over.

Last updated 30 August 2026

What this covers

This page is about 3D models, real-time scenes, headsets, and the little objects inside a project page — not about land, venues, or your login on someone else’s platform.

It doesn’t give LFSTN.STUDIO any claim on your space. It just says how studio-built 3D work may be used once it’s yours.

How you’re allowed to use it

Unless the job paperwork says otherwise, paid 3D work is yours to show commercially in the places named in that paperwork (web, game engine, venue, or headset type).

Selling the raw scene as stock, or putting the rig into a totally different product, needs a separate yes. Moving it to a platform we didn’t name is extra scope.

Changing it later

You can change transferred 3D files for your own spaces. If a change would make it look like we signed off on something we didn’t, take our name off or ask us first.

We don’t claim any “land” in a virtual world. Info collected inside your project page is yours, subject to the Privacy Policy.
