Face scans (we don’t do this here)

Liveness & Biometric Verification Protocol

This website does not take face scans. Here’s when a private project page ever would — and the default that it doesn’t.

Default: nothing on this site

https://lfstn.xyz and the public contact form do not capture faces, fingerprints, eyes, voice, walk, or “prove you’re a person” checks. Sending a quote request does not put you in any biometric system.

This page exists because a private client page — if we both agree in writing — might one day need a stronger login for confidential files. That is never turned on without a written job order and a clear notice at the moment of capture.

If a project page ever needs it

If we ever use a liveness or face check, it’s only to confirm the right person is sitting there before confidential project files are shown. Not for ads, scoring, or sale.

We keep as little as we can: a yes/no pass is better than storing a face template. If a template must exist, it sits apart from campaign files, is encrypted, and is deleted when access ends or the job ends — whichever is sooner — unless the law makes us keep a short record.

You can say no

This is opt-in for the company, and each person is told. We’ll offer a non-face option (a hardware key, a watched login, or a manual check) unless the client’s own security rules forbid it.

People can ask for their biometric record to be deleted via their company admin or by writing to studio@lfstn.xyz. We’ll confirm deletion of anything we hold in the time the law requires, including POPIA where it applies.

Vendors

Any liveness vendor will be named in the job paperwork. We will not quietly send biometric data through AI-image vendors, and we won’t use it to train lookalike systems — see the Anti-AI Cloning policy.
