How we work together

Terms of Service

The basic rules for using this site and hiring LFSTN.STUDIO.

Last updated 30 August 2026

By using the site

If you use https://lfstn.xyz or send a quote request, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the other legal pages in the footer.

A real job only starts when both sides agree on the work, the price, and the dates in writing (email counts). A quote is an offer, not a signed deal.

What we do

We make films and animation, lots of matching pictures and clips, and simple private project pages. What you actually get, in which format, how many rounds of notes, and when — that’s written down per job.

We can say no to work that would break someone else’s rights, break the law, or train AI on your files in a way our Anti-AI Cloning policy doesn’t allow.

Your side

You promise that what you send us (logos, footage, photos of people, product info) is yours to use, or that you’ve got permission. You’re still responsible for legal checks on your own campaigns.

Slow feedback, missing files, or a bigger brief can move dates and cost. We’ll write down changes so nobody is guessing.

Money and cancelling

Unless the job paperwork says otherwise, invoices are due when they say they are. We can pause if payment is late. A deposit goes toward the work and isn’t refundable once we’ve started locking the look — except where the law says we must refund.

If something goes wrong

As far as the law allows, LFSTN.STUDIO isn’t on the hook for knock-on losses, or for problems with other people’s platforms, hosting, or how you share the finished work. For any one job, our total liability is capped at what you paid us for that job.

Which law

These terms follow the law where the studio is based, without taking away any consumer rights you already have. If something’s wrong, write to studio@lfstn.xyz first.
