Who’s responsible
LFSTN.STUDIO (“we”, “the studio”) looks after personal information sent through https://lfstn.xyz and our studio email. Write to studio@lfstn.xyz if you have questions.
If South Africa’s POPIA law (or another privacy law) applies, we only use your information for a clear reason, and we keep it as safely as we reasonably can.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name or company, your email, what you need, and an optional note about the project. That opens an email to studio@lfstn.xyz from your own mail app.
Your browser may also send basic technical info when you load the site (rough location, browser type, time). We don’t sell personal information.
Why we keep it, and for how long
We use that note to understand the job, send a quote, and — if we work together — run the project. We keep emails for the job and for a sensible time after, in case of tax, legal, or billing questions.
You can ask to see, fix, or delete personal information we hold by writing to studio@lfstn.xyz. We’ll reply in the time the law requires.
Cookies
This public site doesn’t use ad cookies or third-party trackers. Your browser might remember a simple “email was prepared” flag. You can clear that any time in your browser settings.
Other companies we use
Email, hosting, and the domain may pass through other providers. Files from a paid job are handled under the Digital Transfer Agreement and the Anti-AI Cloning policy.
